| Requirements |
Birth
Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, latest Report Card, latest Reading and
Math Scores for those registering from Grades 2-8. Also, up-to-date
Immunization Records is a must. |

Fee (Non-Refundable) |
$125.00 per
child |

The
registration/re-registration fee of $125.00 per child is nonrefundable and a
book material fee of $100.00 per child is required at the time of registration.
Registration acceptance extends for one year only. A computerized bill is sent
to all families along with a tuition coupon book. Each payment must be
submitted with the appropriate coupon. (Replacement coupon books or computerized
bills will entail a fee)
