In the event that it is necessary to close school on an unscheduled day, the following procedure will be used. Closings will be announced through major radio stations, particularly:
Note: As always, if New York City Department of Education Schools close, the Catholic elementary schools within the Diocese of Brooklyn will be closed. The captain of each class, kindly start the phone chain after hearing from the teacher. Please do not call the School
office or the Parish Rectory. |
